Time for Serenity

As we flow into this 4th of July weekend and the reopening of many states it feels appropriate to remember the space of pause, slowing down and finding the sweet spot of serenity that abides within all of us.

I created this video as an online offering and had the privilege of being joined by others as we committed a space of time to simply Being in the state of stillness and calm. I hope you will take time for yourself amidst the activities of this weekend and the months ahead.
